CPF Manufacturing Coordinator - 536183

The CPF Manufacturing Coordinator is responsible and accountable for implementing complex projects.  The Manufacturing Coordinator works closely with the Component Shop Supervisor, Component Shop Scheduler, Componet Shope Engineering. Other S3 Shope Coordinators, MAF & SSC Customers, Vendors, and contractors to ensure all CPF Support work is completed to comply with design requirements, specifications, on time and within the assigned budget, with an emphasis on ensuring work is completed safely.

  • Responsible for establishing, coordinating, and tracking Component Shop procurement packages
  • Responsible for coordinating Component Shop support from other internal organizations (e.g. Machine Shop, Weld Shop)
  • Assists with managing budgets, schedules, scope, contracts, documents, procedures and controls in support of the Component Shop
  • Coordinate with multiple departments to ensure all phases of the project are successful
  • Coordinate with Vendors and Buyers to ensure correct information is submitted on Purchase Orders to meet project schedule
  • Inspect and take receipt of project materials
  • Serves as best practices/quality resources within own discipline or as technical expert on functional teams or projects
  • Attends assigned meetings to cover weekly job progress meetings
  • Possess excellent communication skills and can multitask in a fast pace environment
  • Performs other job responsibilities as assigned


  • Fluid Component Shop processing, including valve repair
  • Reading & understanding component design drawings and specifications
  • Intermediate to advanced skills in Microsoft Office Suite & Microsoft Excel preferred
  • Material procurement processes (submission, tracking, and receiving,including MAXIMO
  • Scheduling and prioritization of shop workloads
  • Quality Assurance processes to ensure all parts meet specifications
  • Intermediate to advanced skills in Microsoft Office Suite & Microsoft Excel preferred
  • Familiar with business and manufacturing systems, including; MAXIMO, Windchill (DDMS)
